All orders shipped come with tracking to ensure your order gets delivered successfully. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. You may give our team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you for some reason do not receive the automatic email and they will be able to send the tracking manually.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
Your discount code can be added at checkout. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum while applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and no additional coupons can be applied to clearance items.
We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it's in touch with water only! You can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth. Gold&BlackCo is always committed to ensuring you with the highest quality of Jewellery. We are more than pleased to offer our jewellery patrons a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Gold&BlackCo, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Gold&BlackCo no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. The exception is for clearance or final sale items.
For all the Gold&BlackCo Jewellery bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.goldandblack.co. You have 30 calendar days to return the bracelet(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. For an exchange or store credit, we accept Gold&BlackCo Jewellery bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. For a refund, we accept Gold&BlackCo Jewellery bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of $9 per order. You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. Returns for exchanges will typically be processed for shipment the next day. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service team with your order and tracking number.
