Where are your products made and shipped from?
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty comes with any purchase. It covers any defects such as the bracelet being damaged, fading or becoming defective during normal wear.Â
What about shipping and delivery times?
Our fulfilment centre fulfils orders within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use on our website. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Your product will arrive within 3-7 days.Â
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Of course we do! You may read our returns policy on our website but in short we accept returns within 60 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the product has not been opened and used.Â
