That's why your jewellery is protected by our Lifetime Warranty.

WHAT'S COVERED?

If your jewellery experiences a qualifying:

Manufacturing defect
Abnormal fading or finish failure
Clasp or structural failure during normal wear

we'll provide one replacement piece under our Lifetime Warranty.

ONE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT

Our Lifetime Warranty provides one replacement per eligible purchased item.

Once a replacement has been issued, that item's Lifetime Warranty claim is considered fulfilled.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED?

Our warranty does not cover:

Lost or stolen jewellery

Intentional damage

Damage caused by misuse

Excessive scratching or normal cosmetic wear

Unauthorised alterations or repairs
